Bridges to Success
Bridges is providing permanent housing for families in the Glades area of Palm Beach County. Clients who are enrolled in Bridges to Success have been diagnosed with a medical or psychological disability that impairs their ability to be self-sufficient. Our program coordinator places clients in one out of eleven housing sites in Belle Glade. Once housing is secured we work with clients and other organizations to help them on their path to self-sufficiency.
